COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
All images, graphics, text and HTML coding appearing in the VanderSchuit Studio site are the exclusive intellectual property of VanderSchuit Studio Inc. and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. The intellectual property may not be downloaded except by normal viewing process of the browser. The intellectual property may not be copied, stored, published, distributed, displayed, transmitted, or used in electronic, digital and other media of any kind, now existing and yet unknown, without the written permission of VanderSchuit Studio Inc. and payment of a fee or arrangement thereof.
VanderSchuit Studio Inc. vigorously protects copyright interests. In the event that you infringe our copyright, you will be notified and invoiced the industry-standard triple fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) U.S. Dollars statutory damages as well as all court costs and attorneys' fees. By entering this site, you agree and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
